Missed doing this the last two weeks. What’s funny is my working out did not suffer. This leads me to the conclusion that planning my week has zero-to-no effect on my desire to workout.
Another theory is that I’ve made it a habit by the end of week 3, so my planning has become less necessary.
But whatevs. Here’s the plan for this week (I’m doing it different now because my schedule is too inconsistent to lock myself into exercise specific days):
